Wild Ones Yoga & Herbs & Wild are back.
For another Wild Night.
Once again bringing together their favourite things.. at dusk;
Yoga, The Ocean, The Beach, Wild Souls & Feasts.
Move through a sweet, soulful yoga flow followed by a nourishing beach supper.
Maybe a dip in the ocean for those who dare…
Flow
Feet in the sand. We roll out our mats.
The sounds of the waves lapping against the shore.
We land. We breathe. We move. We play.
Inviting curiosity, playfulness & freedom, Sadie will guide us through a 60 minute yoga flow with the ocean as our soundtrack.
BYO Mats but can be provided & options will be offered so the yoga is suitable for all levels.
Nourish
After yoga, we feast.
It is Sunday after all.
Hannah from Herbs & Wild & RiverFord Field Kitchen will have a dreamy vegetarian feast set up waiting to nourish the soul.

This is a class for all levels. Sadie will offer lots of options so you can take as much or as little as you like. Remember, we were all just starting out once..!

Wild Ones mats will be provided but absolutely feel free to BYO your favourite mat if you prefer.

Warm clothes & extra layers for savasana & meditation.
Swimmers - if you’re feeling daring enough for a wild dip.

We love to flow out in the wild in all conditions & will provided blankets if it’s chilly. If it rains we’ll reschedule the event.

If we have to cancel due to weather we’ll reschedule the event to another date and move your booking to the new event. If you can’t make the new date we’ll absolutely give you a refund.

Hannah will be providing a delicious, simple vegetarian breakfast using fresh, seasonal produce. We can absolutely cater for your dietary requirements, we just ask you let us know in the booking form.
