Y I N

Yin is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia & ligaments in the body. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes giving you a deeper level of stretching. Taking It Slow starts with a gentle slow flow before closing with yin.

M A N D A L A

Working with the elements, a playful dynamic practise. Opening & closing with yin poses & fluidly moving 360 degrees around the mat, softly flowing through strong poses & inversions to the rhythm of your breath. The sequences are designed around the elements corresponding with different parts of the body.

V I N Y A S A

Vinyasa is an energetic practise that builds flexibility and strength by linking yoga postures with rhythmic breath in a creative flow. Rise & Shine is an energising morning flow setting you up for your day. Feel Good Friday is a more playful powery flow.
