It’s my mission to help you reclaim your sense of wonder + wander, to reconnect you with your body wisdom, and bring you to a place of presence so you can start living a life that truly nourishes you.
For so long I was completely lost. I felt like I was doing life wrong.
I fought for a life I knew didn’t fit me. I carried on because I thought I should. But I knew something was missing.
My body was screaming at me & I continued to ignore her.
Until one day, I couldn’t.
I know how it feels to be constantly on the go, juggling work, relationships, and the expectations of modern life.
I spent 12 years in London getting lost in the chaos of life. I had lost my sense of wonder. My lust for wander. My capacity to dream. I was stuck.
Yoga was an opportunity to catch my breath. Before I knew it, yoga was a necessity in my life. Beyond just a physical practise.
It was a way to find my way back to myself.
Yoga put me back on the wandering path.
I stripped back & moved to a tiny Island in Bali. It took me a long while to slow down. To accept that what I was doing in my 30’s was very different to what I thought life should look like.
And then something happened. I felt like me again.
I discovered what it meant to move in rhythm with nature's cycles.
This deep remembering of how to live and move in harmony with the earth's rhythms transformed not just my practice, but my entire approach to life.
This was my Re:Wilding.
Through my personal practice, connecting back to Nature and the retreats I've created,
I've learned that true wellbeing isn't about perfection or hustling harder.
It's about slowing down, tuning into your body's wisdom, and creating space to dream again.

Through gentle movement, mindful breath, and the healing power of community, we'll journey together to rediscover the wisdom that already lives in your bones.

I moved to London at 18. I studied at Drama School and spent a decade working (and not working) as an actress.
I lived in London for 15 years… 3 years too many.
I have broken my nose twice. Once playing netball. Once surfing. I have never played netball again. I continue to surf. Badly.
My Big three are all water; ☾ Pisces ~ ↑ Cancer ~ ☼ Pisces.
