Whether you’re creating a transformative training, curating a retreat or seeking an embodied voice for your brand, I offer guidance, yoga, ritual and presence-driven facilitation that weaves depth and softness into your offerings. I offer yoga and embodiment movement sessions as guest facilitation for retreat spaces around the world. My intention is always to support your vision while adding depth as a senior teacher with a decade of experience (ERYT500).
Whether you are undergoing a YTT and would like deeper mentorship, hoping to become an embodied retreat facilitator or would like teaching support in your own YTT program, I would love to connect. With a decade of experience in Yoga, sound expression, embodied movement and more recently Somatic Therapy, I support you (or your YTT students) to grow in confidence as a Yoga teacher from presence rather than performance.
I collaborate with conscious, authentic, and wellbeing-focused brands who value depth and integrity. This includes content creation, events, workshops and co-led offerings that welcome your brand into a state of homecoming.
